Flow Of A Baby Blessing Ceremony
Having your own Baby Blessing, Naming, Welcoming or, Glistening, Ceremony is so great because you may create your ceremony exactly how you want it.
They can be religious or non-religious.
I am happy to incorporate any interfaith/spiritual customs that you would like. Many people have them in their homes, a restaurant, or even a beautiful park or beach.
Most ceremonies follow a certain flow of element (just like a wedding ceremony)
They are:
Greeting
•Moment of Remembrance
•Invocation
•Dedication of name
•Parental Charge & Promise
• Godparents Charge & Vows
*Acknowledgement of Grandparents
•Water ceremony;
•Candle lighting
• Prayer of Gratitude
*Closing words
•**The Blessing of the child** This is a key element of the ceremony. It may be religious or non-religious blessing. I have some beautiful blessings for you to choose from. They include; Water, Universal Baptism, Traditional Baptism or Rose ceremony. You can even combine blessings to customize it to your liking. See my Build a Ceremony menu for a choice of blessing.
